Include your apartment or suite number, city, region, postal code and a reachable phone number. If your country is not listed, choose Other and add the country name to the delivery notes so the destination can be reviewed.

Timing & tracking

Dispatch and transit timing depend on the items and destination. A delivery estimate is provided when the request is confirmed. Where a tracked delivery service is arranged, tracking details are shared after dispatch.

Changes to a request

If you need to change an address or selection, contact us with your request reference. Address changes depend on whether fulfilment has already begun.

International destinations

Destination eligibility and any known delivery charges are reviewed before payment. Please request clarification about destination charges or delivery arrangements before confirming an order.
