ALTERED REALITY CLOTHING SUPPLY LLC uses the information you provide to handle product questions, wholesale enquiries and order requests. This may include your name, email, phone number, delivery address, requested items and the message you submit.

Your shopping bag

Your selected items and quantities are saved in your browser's local storage. This keeps your bag available as you move between pages. Clearing browser storage removes that saved bag. Contact and address fields are not saved to local storage by this website.

Forms & order requests

When you submit a form successfully, its contents are sent to the store service and recorded with a reference number. We use these details to respond to the request and arrange any agreed next steps. A success message appears only after the service confirms receipt.

Payment information

This checkout does not ask for or collect payment card details. Do not include card numbers, passwords or other sensitive payment information in enquiry fields.

Questions about your information

To ask about information you have submitted, or to request a correction or deletion, use the contact form and select Privacy enquiry. Include your request reference where possible, without adding unnecessary sensitive information.
