How do I choose a size?
Open the product page and select the size you want. Some pieces use letter sizes with US numeric ranges; use the range shown for that piece. Our size guide explains how to measure and read the selector.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD). Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are confirmed before payment.
What happens when I check out?
Your bag takes you to a contact and delivery form. Review your details, then submit your order request. The request is received for availability and delivery confirmation. No payment is collected through this checkout.
Can I update my bag?
Yes. Change quantities or remove pieces on the bag page. Your bag is saved in this browser when local storage is available. A different browser or device will have its own bag.
How can I see more of a piece?
Each product has three images. Open a product page and select a gallery image to enlarge it. Hover over a product card on desktop to see an alternate view.
Can I change or cancel an order request?
Contact us with your request reference and the change you would like to make. Changes are subject to the progress of the request and any fulfilment already arranged.
Do you work with retailers?
Yes, we welcome wholesale enquiries. Use the wholesale form to share your business, desired categories and quantities. Pricing, availability and terms are discussed individually.
