If something about your piece is not right, contact us with your order reference, the style name and a description of the issue. Include whether you would prefer an exchange or a return.

Before sending anything back

Please request return instructions first. Do not send items to an unconfirmed address. Return eligibility, timing and any applicable return shipping costs are confirmed as part of the order terms before payment.

Keep your piece in its original condition

While a return request is being reviewed, keep the item unworn and unwashed with its original tags and packaging where possible. Trying on for fit is different from wearing an item through the day.

Incorrect or damaged items

If your delivery contains an incorrect item or arrives damaged, let us know promptly. Describe the issue and retain the packaging so the next steps can be arranged.

Exchanges & refunds

Replacement sizes depend on availability. Any agreed refund is processed using the payment arrangement associated with the order. An order request submitted without payment does not require a payment refund.
